Final pharmaceutical products of domestic manufacturing companies
or importers are mostly stored in the Central Warehouse according
to a timetabled program. Then, the essential data is entered
and saved in the related software.
With consideration to the consumption basket of different distribution
centers and the scheduled plans settled by the Central Warehouse,
Commercial Department embarks to distribute drugs throughout
the country through Central Warehouse so that all the existing
goods are continuously injected into the health system of the
country.
However, through a coordinated effort with the manufacturing
companies, Pakhsh Razi Company has managed to forward volume
goods such as serums and syringes directly to the distribution
centers according to their shares. In this case, Central Warehouse
controls the distribution of medications and inserts their specifications
in the list of operations related to each center.
Distribution Centers also distribute drugs among different drugstores,
clinics, outpatient centers, and private and state run hospitals
according to their local timetable planning.
The Company has been able to satisfy 100% demands of the clients
for medications, medical equipment and veterinary items.
