Jaber Ebne Hayyan Pharmaceutical Company
This Company commenced its activity in 1960 in Tehran under the name of Squib as a company holding America’s Squib license in Iran, but its nature was converted to a Public Joint Stock company in 1991 and it continued its activity under the name of Jaber Ebne Hayyan Pharmaceutical Company thereafter.
This Company holds 30% of the shares of Pakhsh Razi Company and is one of the biggest producers of injectable and non-injectable/oral antibiotics in Iran. Enjoying the knowledge of well-experienced experts and employing modern technology, this company is pioneer in the manufacturing of antibiotics of Penicillin and Cephalosporin groups. Ceftriaxone, Ceftazidime, Ceftizoxime and Cefixime, being the 3rd generation of Cephalosporins, are among the most important specialized drugs produced by this company. In addition to the local market, Jaber Ebne Hayyan Company has also been successful in exporting its products into other regional countries.

CHEMI DAROU INDUSTRIAL COMPANY (Public Joint Stock) was founded in 1965 under the name of HOECHST Industrial Company (Private Joint Stock) and in 1980, it became affiliated to the official government managerial system and thereafter its name was changed to CHEMI DAROU INDUSTRIAL COMPANY ( Private Joint Stock ).
In 1991 the company was changed to a public joint stock and its shares were offered to the general public at Tehran stock exchange.
This Company holds 30% of the shares of Pakhsh Razi Company.

The Company's general activities consist of the following three major fields :

GAS DISTRIBUTION UNIT

PHARMACEUTICAL PLANT:
At this complex a variety of digestive , antianxiety, analgesic, antipyretic, diuretic, and antibiotic drugs are manufactured in different dosage forms such as regular and coated tablets, ampoules, Capsules, syrup and drops .

CHEMICAL PLANTS :
At these plants , polyvinyl acetate resins and textile auxiliary materials are separately manufactured in 2 specific plants. These products are infant the raw and intermediate materials to be used by different industries such as paint, detergent, tobacco, wood, carpet, wallpaper, concrete, building exterior and textile industries.

GAS DISTRIBUTION UNIT :
Importation of FERION ( R 134A )and ARGON gases in tank containers and their distribution in smaller cylinder containers is done almost exclusively by CHEMI DAROU INDUSTRIAL Co.

Osveh Pharmaceutical Company
Established in 1966 under the auspices of Merck, Osveh Pharmaceutical Company practically commenced its activities in 1969 by manufacturing some tablets, holding Germany’s Merck license. It’s worth noting that 20% of Pakhsh Razi Company shares belong to this company. Today, production network of this Company produces 21 different kinds of pharmaceutical products, most of which are effervescent vitamin tablets, F.C tablets, powders, edible drops and ampoules. This network manufactures and packages its products in two different forms: solids and liquids. In addition to the domestic market, this company has been successful in exporting medications to Central Asian, Asian and some African countries.

Shokravi Family
Shokravi family possesses 20% of the shares of Pakhsh Razi Company. Investing in drug distribution, Shokravi family is also active in the importation of medications and medical equipment as well as producing and packaging of foodstuff.
