Administrative Affairs Manager has undertaken the responsibility of supporting the supply and distribution process of drugs and medical equipment.
The main duties of Administrative Affairs Manager are to supply and provide support services including supply of human forces, purchase and distribution of consumption and capital equipment and tools required by the company and support of staff units and distribution centers.
The other role of this unit is to supply and manage an ensured transportation system for the distribution of drugs, medical equipment and biological items which specially need cold chain. In this regard, the company is able to purchase, maintain and repair transportation system in one hand and takes advantage of the existing land and air transportation capacities on the other hand to facilitate the proper distribution of the drugs and appliances.
In conclusion, one of the important and key duties of the unit is management of the insurance system of the company. Due to the integrated insurance structure, this unit covers all the drugs and medical equipment in different stages including delivery and maintenance in warehouse, transportation and distribution among all distribution centers, and in this way the risk of maintenance and transportation has reached its minimum.
