Supervised by the managing director, commercial
manager is assigned to prepare, provide, order and purchase
the necessary goods from domestic and foreign sources. According
to the specified and ratified plans, commercial manager benefiting
required expert human forces and enjoying necessary equipment,
installations and warehouses is administered to manage his duties
and affairs in harmony with other units.
Commercial affairs are concentrated on 3 different and separate
but related branches in terms of performance and giving service.
These branches are as follows:
1. Domestic Trade including goods managers that try to coordinate
the activities of the company with suppliers and sale centers
2. Foreign Trade aims to import the necessary items
3. Central warehouses |
