Selected by the board of directors, managing
director is the highest executive authority responsible for
planning and compiling strategies and executive policies of
the company as well as directing and controlling the function
of the system. He also replies the questions raised by the board
of directors and general assembly.
Managing and directing the company, managing director tries
to clarify the goals of the company. He also prepares the annual
report of the company and submits it to the ministry of Health,
Treatment and Medical Education and related companies.
Managing director determines the style and method of managing
the company, shapes communications inside and outside the organization
and lays favorable grounds for extension of constructive communications
with outside. |
