| As one of the most important staff
and services unit, Financial Affairs unit plays a decisive role
in management system of the company by using accounting information
and techniques and mechanized softwares. Supervised by the managing
director, Financial Affairs aims to plan, execute, control and
review all accounting and budget affairs of the company according
to the current guidelines and regulations and mechanized programs
and systems. The most important duties of this unit are as follows: |
1. Determining and compiling comprehensive budget
of the company with observing standard principles for a period
of one financial year
2. Compiling balance sheet, loss & gain and cash flow of
the company
3. Changing all commercial operations of the company to Rials
4. Issuing financial and accounting documents and preparing
the legal books of the company
5. Preparing and compiling tax declaration of the company to
present to the Ministry of Commerce and paying related taxes
6. Gathering necessary reports and information for the board
of directors and senior managers of the company
7. Answering the problems raised by the auditor of the company
and shareholders. |
