Functioning under the
auspices of the managing director, First Region Manager plays
an important role in planning, coordinating, controlling and
final supervising of the distribution centers in Tehran and
other cities, determining the sales quota, receiving the funds,
paying charges, expending budget and credits, specifying the
kind of receipts and determining distribution and supply of
the goods.
Having expert human forces in its direct supervision and directors
of the related centers and by benefiting the necessary and existing
tools, facilities, installations and equipment, this management
coordinately and systematically receives the services of other
staff units located in the center according to their activities
and missions. |
